Dr. Teeresa Sisodia is a board-certified family physician with 29 years of clinical experience across ambulatory, urgent, hospitalist, managed and concierge medicine. She founded My Choice Primary Care in Clearwater, Florida, and caps the practice at 150 patients so she can practise the way she believes primary care should work.
Why she built this practice
Nearly thirty years across almost every setting American primary care has to offer teaches you where the system works and where it does not. The recurring failure is not clinical, it is structural: panels large enough that no physician, however capable, can give any single patient the time their situation warrants.
My Choice Primary Care is what she built once she could set the terms. The 150-patient cap is the whole design. Everything a member experiences, the unhurried visit, the same-day appointment, the physician who picks up the phone herself, follows from it.

How she works with members
Care is available in person at the Clearwater office or by secure telehealth, whichever suits the situation. Members reach her directly by phone, text or video rather than through a phone tree. When specialists, imaging or hospital care are involved, the practice coordinates them rather than handing you a list.
