Membership
What membership costs, and what it covers.
Membership starts at $160 a month. Most concierge practices make you book a consultation to find that out.
Membership at My Choice Primary Care starts at $160 a month and is tiered. The fee covers your relationship with Dr. Sisodia: extended visits, same-day or next-day appointments, direct phone and text access, and coordination of your wider care. It is not insurance and does not replace it.
What the fee is actually buying
It is buying a smaller denominator. The practice is capped at 150 patients. A traditional primary care panel runs into the thousands, and larger concierge practices publish panels in the hundreds. Every promise below follows from that cap rather than from goodwill.
Tier detail pending
Membership is tiered above the $160 entry. The practice is finalising the structure, and each tier will be published here in full with what it includes.
We are not publishing estimated figures in the meantime. This is a page people make a financial decision from, and a number that turns out to be wrong is worse than a number that is not there yet. Call the practice on (727) 607-0504 and they will talk you through the current tiers.
How this works alongside insurance
Insurance and Medicare do not cover the membership fee. However, many members find that their HSA or FSA funds can be used to pay for concierge services; please consult your tax advisor to confirm.
Yes, you still need insurance. We do not participate in any insurance networks, including HMOs, Tricare Prime, or Medicaid. You will need your insurance to cover specialist visits, imaging, and hospital stays.
In practice that means you keep the insurance you have for specialists, imaging, hospital care and prescriptions, and the membership covers the relationship with your primary physician. The two are not alternatives to each other.
