My Choice Primary Care operates from a single office at 2623 McCormick Dr., Suite 104 in Clearwater, Florida. Members travel from across north and mid Pinellas County, and every member can also be seen by secure telehealth, so the drive is a choice rather than a requirement.

Why there is only one office
A second location would mean a second panel of patients, and the 150-patient cap is the entire design of this practice. Growing by opening offices is how a practice ends up back where it started, with a physician stretched across more people than she can know. So the practice stays one room, one physician, one panel.
If the drive is the obstacle
All visits are offered in person or by secure telehealth. For members managing an ongoing condition, that often means the routine reviews happen from home and the in-person visits are reserved for when being in the room actually matters.
