Dr. Sisodia manages the day-to-day course of your care, coordinates with the specialists involved, and keeps the whole picture in one place.

Why the practice size matters for this
None of the above is unusual as an intention. What makes it achievable is the 150-patient cap. A physician carrying a panel in the thousands cannot give any one condition sustained attention over years, however much they want to. A physician carrying 150 can.
Care is available in person at the Clearwater office or by secure telehealth, and members reach Dr. Sisodia directly rather than through a phone tree.
